Who are you?
I'm Orlando DeLeon and I'm a co-owner of Signal 88 Security of Northwest Indiana. I bring more than 28 years of security experience to my work with Signal 88. I also have career experience working with clients, managing their cases, and partnering to solve their problems. I hold a certificate in private security from Metropolitan Business College.

Why are you here?
I was born on Chicago's south side and have lived in Chicagoland my whole life. This great community has given so much to me, and I want to give back. It's an honor to use my skills and experiences to serve in our own way.

What are your plans for this year?
Our plans for this year are to become northwestern Indiana's first choice for security. For us it's not about "growing our business" but about taking care of more people. When we create peace of mind, that translates to security and prosperity for every single person in this community. We want to serve as many people as we possibly can.

Who are you?
My name is Ron Baez and I am a co-owner of Signal 88 Security of Northwest Indiana. After 10 years in the U.S. Army and 32 years with the Chicago Police, security and safety are my passions. I am currently completing my B.A. in Public Safety to better serve the community.

Why are you here?
We joined the Signal 88 Security network because it's a global company that cares about its clients and truly focuses on providing peace of mind. That matched our intentions completely. We saw the chance to bring that mission to eastern Chicagoland and northwestern Indiana. Like my friend Orlando, I'm a lifelong Chicagoan and it's an honor to give back with this business.

What are your plans for this year?
As a police officer, I know how helpful and beneficial it is to have great partners in the private security field. Security really helps keep an eye out for the community and deters lots of problems. This year I want to establish the trust with local law enforcement and local clients. Everyone will know Signal 88 is THE name you can trust if you really want peace of mind.
