As part of this team, you’re responsible for one client and taking care of all of their needs. For your client, you lay the groundwork for peace of mind every day, while helping them protect what matters most to them.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position. With a Signal 88 vehicle, you go from client to client and ensure each property is safe and secure. Most importantly, anyone on site that sees or interacts with you is assured that you are bringing them peace of mind.
You are a mentor, with a proven record of success within your assigned responsibilities. It is invaluable to officers to have a wise mentor who can show them the ropes and lead them to success. Because of this, our lead officers are vitally important to our culture of heroism and to our clients’ peace of mind every day.
Our Field Managers are responsible for making sure every client’s security team is where they should be and is providing peace of mind every day. This includes ensuring scheduling is done, site assessments and post orders are top notch, and that our clients are happy and safe. The Field Manager should also be an exceptional communicator, as he or she is responsible for communicating with clients and Officers. The Field Manager also provides the General Manager with updated and accurate information from all interactions.
This person gets to introduce the Signal 88 brand to new clients. There are many potential clients out there who don’t yet know the quality and culture we bring to the table. This position has tremendous potential to impact the people in our communities by moving them toward peace of mind where they live and work.
This role is for those who love to keep things organized. The Office Manager makes sure that Sales and Operations are in harmony and that all the details are with the right people and software applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
The General Manager’s passion is leading and developing people. He or she is tasked with making sure that the training, development, sales, operations and service of the whole company results in us exceeding our clients’ expectations while providing peace of mind, so we can all pursue our passions in life.
