Security for Pools and Other Community Amenities

As we return to normal, residents and community management teams alike are eager to begin enjoying their communities’ amenities again! The majority of open space amenities, such as grill areas, playgrounds, and well-ventilated community buildings as well as pools are opening up across the state.

The most common and easiest way to enforce any capacity restrictions is to distribute color-coded armbands for the day and time span. To better serve residents, many communities are not allowing guests at this time which is understandable.
